З 01.01.2013 року в ст.265 ПКУ введено новий податок – це податок на нерухомість. Хочу запропонувати Вам бути не байдужими до цієї теми. А для цього прошу ознайомитися з файлом: податок на нерухоме майно, відмінне від земельної ділянки, який додається до цього блогу. Дії працівників кадрових служб при ліквідації підприємства

Будь - яке підприємство здійснює виробничо - господарську діяльність, дозволену законом, на правах юридичної особи. Рішення про утворення підприємства і його ліквідацію затверджується органом, який прийняв рішення про це, і реєструється в місцевому органі державної адміністрації. На тренінгах, які проходили за участю представників кадрової служби, дуже часто задавалися питання про дії «кадровиків» при ліквідації підприємства. Я порадила скористатися сайтом компанії, бо саме тут останнім часом бачу багато інформації стосовно питань, які пов’язані з роботою кадрової служби.

В ринкових умовах бізнес–середовище має повноцінно діяти, і рухатися постійно вперед, а для цього йому необхідна своєрідна опорно – рухова система. На мою думку, такою опорною системою є ефективна інфраструктура підтримки підприємництва. Вона складається з організаційних структур, заснованих на різних формах власності та класифікується за різними ознаками, тобто за способом заснування, за статусом, за формою, за видами діяльності.
