За что стоит брагодарить Бога фралансерам, так это за то, что есть дедлайны. Нет более мотивирующего фактора, чем приближающийся сабж. И нет более мудрого заказчика, чем тот, кто устанавливает дедлайн для исполнителя на пару недель раньше нужного срока.

Стандартная ситуация:

Заказчик: «Привет. Нужно сверстать х страниц. Возьмешь?»

Исполнитель: «Ок. На когда?»

Заказчик: «Не к спеху. Когда сделаешь»

(Два месяца спустя. Проект еще не начинался.)

Заказчик: «Привет. Как там мой заказ?»

Исполнитель: «Эээ, все нормально. В процессе. Скоро будет»

(Еще через месяц)

Заказник: «Привет. Ну и когда уже будет готово?»

Исполнитель: «День-два. Может три»

(Еще через неделю.)

Заказчик: «ПривЭт, дАрАгой!!! Я, [вырезано цензурой], доживу вообще до готовых, [вырезано цензурой], макетов???»
(На следующий день проект готов)

А намного проще, когда все происходит вот так:

Заказчик: «Привет. Нужно сверстать х страниц. Возьмешь?»

Исполнитель: «Ок. Сколько есть времени?»

Заказчик: «5 дней. Максимум неделя»

(Через 5 дней)

Заказчик: «Привет. Похоже кого-то надо отшлепать?»

(На следующий день проект готов)

Вот поэтому, я не люблю бессрочных проектов. И обожаю заказчиков, которым макеты нужно сделать на вчера.

P.S. Примеры взяты из реальной жизни. Причем моей.

Ярослав, просто в "яблучко"! Я сама така - коли кажуть зробити "на вчора", одразу "вмикаюсь" у процес. І мотивація з"являється, і бажання, і креативність, і - найдивовижніше - час!
