Командообразование для Киевских центров занятости – пилотный проект

Вот так все начиналось в то пятничное утро. Подготовка к тренингу в разгаре. Тренеры тщательно выверяют программу и согласовывают действия.

Группа подобралась – просто супер! По дороге на тренинг распевали «Вместе весело шагать по просторам»!

Началась серьезная работа. Здесь жарко - обсуждение стратегии для выполнения командной задачи.

Брать на себя ответственность и доверять – качества настоящего лидера.

Поддержка коллег, во время выполнения задачи, сильно помогает и дает уверенность в своих силах.

«Мы сделали это!» Преодоление трудностей вместе приносит результаты, которые потом вдвойне радуют!

Одно из самых сильных упражнений тренинга. Награда за доверие - ощущение полета и драйв.

Ответственный момент: важна концентрация, умение верить и побеждать свои страхи.

Новое упражнение и новая планка. По мнениям участников, одно из самых «невозможных» заданий!

Но, немного спокойствия, обсуждений и смекалки… Решение найдено! Нет ничего невозможного!

Хорошее настроение и позитив – половина успеха!

Делимся впечатлениями. Да, это было яркое событие! Новые осознания, позитивные эмоции, вера в себя и свой коллектив – были нашей целью и мы ее достигли.
