Как воспринимать неудачу

Прежде всего мне очень помогают две пресуппозиции.

1. В основе любого поведения лежит позитивное намерение.

2. Нет поражений, есть только обратная связь.

Они постоянно со мной и все мои неудачи проходят сначала через этот «фильтр».

Практически всегда остается некоторый осадок, который и может причинять те самые переживания.)

С ним хорошо справляется мое развиваемое убеждение:

Все, что со мной происходит, дает мне опыт!

После всего, что случилось, я могу вынести ценнейшие уроки, которые нельзя купить не за какие деньги. Благодаря этому, в будущем, со мной уже не сможет такого произойти!

В виде упражнения, для «принятия» поражения могу поделиться аффирмацией, автором которой является Александр Свияш.

С любовью и благодарностью я прощаю свою Жизнь и принимаю ее во всех проявлениях такой, какой ее какая она есть.

Я прошу прощения у моей Жизни за мои негативные мысли, эмоции и поступки по отношению к ней.

Моя Жизнь прощает меня за мои мысли, эмоции и поступки по отношению к ней.

Повторять нужно, пока в груди не станет тепло.
