Як працювати з особами, які постраждали внаслідок військових дій в рамках АТО ?

20 листопада у Луцьку відбулося тренінгове навчання "Особливості роботи працівників служби зайнятості з особами, які постраждали внаслідок військових дій в рамках АТО та внутрішньо-переміщеними особами". Учасниками тренінгу були заступники керівників районних центрів зайнятості Волинської області. Навчання провела тренер ГК «Територія Бізнесу» Надія Стець.

Під час тренінгу були розглянуті питання особливостей адаптації осіб, що перебували в зоні бойових дій, особливостей переживань та психоемоційних станів людей, що вимушено переселились з окупованих територій, впливу стресу, ознак ПТСР та надання допомоги при гострих розладах, отримання практичних навиків самодопомоги подолання тривожних станів.

Учасники навчання:

підвищили свій рівень поінформованості щодо ознак ПТСР та способів їх подолання;
отримали інструменти для ефективної взаємодії з клієнтами служби зайнятості, котрі побували в зоні бойових дій;
підвищили рівень поінформованості щодо впливу стресових подій на життєдіяльність людини;
підвищили рівень мотивації щодо допомоги чутливим групам населення у новому соціально-культурному середовищі;
навчилися допомагати клієнтам при гострих реакціях на стрес;
засвоїли основні прийоми самодопомоги при гострих реакціях на стрес;
отримали практичні рекомендації щодо роботи з клієнтами служби зайнятості.
