The monograph contains the results of scientific research on managing the development of a complex dynamic socio-economic system in the conditions of digitalization of the economy and permanent, irreversible changes in society. The state and prospects for Ukraine's economic development were studied with economic and statistical methods and models. A methodological approach to managing the development of a business entity on a project basis has been developed.
