Тіні забутих предків: трансгенераційний підхід у психологічному тренінгу

На тренінгах для безробітних нерідко обговорюється питання мотивації – до працевлаштування, до відкриття власної справи, мотивації бути успішним тощо. І цю тему ми переважно висвітлюємо з, так би мовити, американських позицій «self made mаn» («людина, яка сама себе зробила»). Ми говоримо про задоволення потреб, про постановку цілей, про планування. Але нерідко чимало учасників погано це сприймають, наводячи у відповідь різноманітні причини, чому вони не можуть щось зробити. Іноді бувають парадоксальні ситуації. У Києві безробітні з доброю освітою, з досвідом роботи всіляко відхрещуються від ідеї створити власну справу. Натомість, у маленьких містечках знаходяться люди, які прагнуть відкрити свій бізнес та готові задля того працювати, попри можливі перепони та тиски з боку влади.

Протягом останнього року мене довелося проводити семінари та тренінги по невеличких містечках. У ході нашої спільної роботи піднімалося чимало насущних життєвих питань відносно роботи, можливості її знайти, ставлення роботодавців до працівників, ставлення держави до підприємців тощо.
